Terms and Conditions

 

1.Agreement

(a) The terms and conditions that apply to the provision subscription services,  provided to You by Your bitcoin hub  are set out in this document (Terms and Conditions).

(b) By purchasing Your bitcoin hub services you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions in this document.

(c) These Terms and Conditions may be altered, varied or replaced by Your bitcoin hub from time to time, at its sole discretion.

(d) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the parties submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Australia.

2. Services

(a) Your bitcoin hub offers  ongoing subscription services. (Service consists of Crypto Rebalancing set-up fee and ongoing Crypto Rebalancing Service subscription)

(b) Your bitcoin hub reserves the right to change the particulars of its subscription services, including changes to prices.

3. Payment

(a) All subscription services are required to be paid in full at the beginning of each monthly billing period. By purchasing an ongoing subscription service at the monthly service fee rate you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel the service.

(b) Your bitcoin hub may suspend the provision of a subscription service if the service fee is unpaid or becomes overdue.

(c) Your bitcoin hub may pass on and charge to You any charges it incurs as a result of any credit card, direct debit or similar payment transaction failing or being declined.

4. Cancellation

(a) There is no refund for a change of mind once Your bitcoin hub has received payment for a service.

(b) Subscription services may be cancelled with one month's written notice.

5. Liability

 

Your bitcoin hub  is not providing you official investment advice. Nor is Your bitcoin hub  registered to provide investment advice, is not a financial adviser, and is not a broker-dealer.  Investing in cryptocurrency involves a high degree of risk and should be considered only by persons who can afford to sustain a loss of their entire investment. Investors should consult their financial adviser before investing in cryptocurrency.

To the extent permitted by law, Your bitcoin hub will not be liable for any costs, expenses or losses incurred by You arising out of, or related to, your participation in, or purchase of Your bitcoin hub subscription services.
